Cancellation Policy

We value your time and our commitment to providing excellent service. To ensure smooth scheduling and accommodate all our valued patients, we have implemented a new cancellation policy.

~A nonrefundable booking fee of $200 will be required, which can be used towards services and/or skin care products.
~There will be a $100 non reusable cancellation fee for appointments not canceled, rescheduled, or no-showed within 48 hours.

Please note that this policy is designed to maintain fairness and availability for all our patients. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.
